Order and delivery outside Finland
Products are sold by Mailavelho / Oikein Group Oy (Business ID 36027192).
We sell to adults (18 +) and businesses worldwide.
For customers inside the EU/EEA all prices include Finnish value-added tax (VAT):
• standard 25,5 %
Orders delivered outside the EU/EEA are supplied tax-free (0 % VAT). Local customs duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
EU business customers with a valid VAT number can place an order under the reverse charge mechanism by entering their VAT number in the order form.
Ordering
To place an order, the customer’s contact details are required: name, valid email address, phone number, and delivery address. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions in force on that date. You will receive an order confirmation by email, stating the ordered products, shipping costs, and the total order price. We will notify you by email when the package is ready for dispatch.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and possibly other methods offered by Paytrail.
Payment service providers
Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 21228397) acts as the collecting payment service provider and will appear as the payee on your card or bank statement. The payment is forwarded immediately to Mailavelho / Oikein Group Oy. Paytrail is an authorised payment institution supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Shipping methods and costs are shown on the checkout page after you have selected the destination country.
Return policy
You may return any product you have ordered within 30 days of delivery. Before returning an item, you must make notify us by email at: asiakaspalvelu@mailavelho.fi.
The products must be unused, in their original packaging. Please include your contact details and order number. Once the return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will refund the product price. The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
If you are outside Finland, you must send the return using a carrier of your choice and cover the return shipping costs.

If a parcel or product is damaged, photograph the damage, keep the packaging and notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Please read the current terms before ordering.
Mailavelho / Oikein Group Oy handles all customer data confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties except as required for payment processing or delivery.
Order and delivery in Finland

www.mailavelho.fi is a marketplace maintained by Oikein Group Oy (Business ID: 3602719-2), where Oikein Group Oy is the seller of the goods. The following terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between Oikein Group Oy and its customers.
Oikein Group Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of order, as displayed on Mailavelho's website. Changes in law come into force immediately as such unless otherwise stipulated by law.
Oikein Group Oy is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure is defined as an unforeseen event or change in circumstances that is beyond the control of Oikein Group Oy and which Oikein Group Oy cannot reasonably overcome. Oikein Group Oy is obliged to notify the customer as soon as possible of any force majeure event.
Ordering
Mailavelho (Oikein Group Oy) sells products and services to adults (hereinafter referred to as consumers) and, with the guardian's consent, also to persons under 18 years of age. Goods are also sold to corporate, public administration, and community customers (hereinafter referred to as corporate customers).
Consumer sales comply with current Finnish and European Union consumer protection legislation. These terms and conditions are not valid to the extent that they restrict consumer rights beyond what is stipulated in mandatory legislation.
In the trade agreement between corporate customers and Oikein Group Oy, Finnish commercial law applies unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide complete contact information, which for consumer customers includes at least their name, address, and phone number, and possibly an email address. The information required for corporate customers includes the contact person's name, phone number, and email, as well as the business ID, postal address, phone number, and, if necessary, billing address.
Products are generally ordered via the internet through the shopping cart at www.mailavelho.fi.
All orders are confirmed by email, stating the price of the order, delivery costs, and the products ordered. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address when placing the order.
The customer agrees to the current delivery terms with each order.
Order Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by email, from which you can see:
- product and product code
- price and VAT breakdown
- reference number
- invoice total
You can check the content of the order through your user account on our website.
Delivery Time
Delivery time estimates (stated in business days). Mailavelho (Oikein Group Oy) is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside its sphere of influence. A binding sales agreement comes into effect once the order has been registered in Mailavelho's (Oikein Group Oy) system.
We ship products every business day to the given address. For exceptional deliveries, Mailavelho's customer service must be contacted immediately.
Products and Prices
Prices include VAT, but not transport unless otherwise stated. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understood the existence of the error.
If the price of a product increases before the shipment is processed, products ordered from Mailavelho will be delivered at the original price. If changes are made to the order, the product's price will be determined according to the price at the time of the change.
Mailavelho reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities. Mailavelho does not sell its products for resale.
Age restrictions for products are observed as stipulated by law.
